Just a quick note from us.
We have noticed over the last couple years customers not returning to collect their repairs mainly watches and clocks. We understand people are very busy and don't always come into town so its often forgotten, We do try our best to contact you when your items are ready which we do several times but items are still waiting some from many years ago.
We are a small family run business and these items are a huge loss for us due to time involved in the repair, parts ordered/ replaced which we have to pay for and then the following up time it takes to return items to their owners. We have never taken deposits or payment up front unless you have requested it but we just can't sustain these losses for too long. So please return for items or notify us if you can't for any reason. We do also offer a lay away service, So you can pay a smaller amount over a longer period.
